1. Returns

• Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our t-shirts, we do not accept exchanges.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

2. Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at therustichaloco@gmail.com for assistance.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund.

4. Preorders

• If your order includes a preorder item, please refer to our Shipping Policy for expected delivery dates. Preorder items will follow the same return policy once received.
