Thank you for shopping with The Rustic Halo! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-14 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and/or public holidays.
  • If there are any delays due to high demand or holidays, we will notify you via email and/or website banner.

2. Preorders

  • If your order includes preordered items, please note that the items will be shipped once they are available.
  • Preorder items may take longer to ship than regular in-stock items. The expected shipping date for preorders will be provided at checkout.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be shipped together once the preorder items are ready.
  • You will receive a notification once your preorder item has been shipped, along with tracking information.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the destination.

4. Domestic Shipping (Within The United States)

  • We currently only ship within The United States.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders will arrive within the timeframes listed at checkout.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this to track your order's status.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. This allows you to track your package’s progress until it reaches you.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at therustichaloco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout. Double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

7. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • All of our t-shirts are custom-made to your specifications, including the selected shirt color and design. As such, we do not accept exchanges for any custom or made-to-order items.
  • Please double-check the size, shirt color, and design before completing your order to ensure that everything is correct.

8. Address Errors

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at therustichaloco@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

9. Return Policy

  • Returns: If you need to return your item, it must be done within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
